Starry-eyed teenager Camilla Swanson (Allie MacDonald) wants to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a Broadway diva, but she’s stuck working in the kitchen of a snobby performing arts camp. Determined to change her destiny, she sneaks in to audition for the summer showcase and lands a lead role in the play, but just as rehearsals begin, blood starts to spill, and Camilla soon finds herself terrified by the horror of musical theater.
Starring musical theater veterans Meat Loaf (The Rocky Horror Picture Show) and Minnie Driver (The Phantom of the Opera) STAGE FRIGHT mixes Scream with Glee in this genre-bending R-rated horror-musical from Jerome Sable, award-winning director of the celebrated short film “The Legend of Beaver Dam.”

“THE NEXT GREAT MIDNIGHT MOVIE EXPERIENCE. Stage Fright rocks hard, sings proud, and leaves audiences begging for a wild, bloody encore." – Matt Donato, We Got This Covered
“A rarity - a great date movie with something for everybody. A melodic blend of gore, music, and whimsical fun.” – Mike McCutchen, Ain’t It Cool News
“If you're a fan of horror flicks and musical theater in equal measure, this just might be your new favorite movie.” – Scott Weinberg, Fearnet
“The best unconventional operetta since South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut.” – Richard Whittaker, Austin Chronicle
“Well-crafted with a sincere devotion to the art of the musical, as well as a welcome willingness to take chances.” – Peter Martin, Twitch
“Think The Rocky Horror Picture Show meets Friday the 13th. A face-melting horror musical ripe with infectious energy and deadly sing-alongs. It’s a rare treat when a horror film can have me smiling from start to finish, but a continually inviting rock opera drenched in blood and littered with guts? That’s an event I’d put on my Sunday best for.” – Matt Donato, We Got This Covered
